We had a basement renovation in January 2024, with the flooring completed by Sarmazian Brothers Flooring. Raffi was amazing at tailoring our needs for a ballroom dance surface and placing it on the basement cement. Two years later, the floor still looks brand new with no scuff marks from our dance shoes or heavy play area from our grandchildren. There were a few surprises that surfaced during installation, and Raffi and his team were excellent to work with and found solutions.

Would recommend Sarmazian and Therese Hanna as your flooring consultant. Huge selection at store (almost makes it difficult to choose) of quality products. Carpet and flooring installation was done by a crew of professional trade staff. Big thanks!
