“I have a vinyl-tile kitchen floor recently repaired by Bob from Sarmazian. It had been hard used for years by my family of seven, dogs, cats, friends and was the main room in my house for many activities. Bob was assigned to repair the worn-out tiles because I did not want to go to the expense of an all-new floor. It turned out Bob is a master repairman. You can see by the picture that my floor looks like new. Holes and cracks are gone. I am now 90 years old and am sure it will last another lifetime. Thank you Bob and Sarmazian’s exceptional staff!”
We had a basement renovation in January 2024, with the flooring completed by Sarmazian Brothers Flooring. Raffi was amazing at tailoring our needs for a ballroom dance surface and placing it on the basement cement. Two years later, the floor still looks brand new with no scuff marks from our dance shoes or heavy play area from our grandchildren. There were a few surprises that surfaced during installation, and Raffi and his team were excellent to work with and found solutions.

Would recommend Sarmazian and Therese Hanna as your flooring consultant. Huge selection at store (almost makes it difficult to choose) of quality products. Carpet and flooring installation was done by a crew of professional trade staff. Big thanks!
